For Windows users, get started by verifying your camera and audio as follows:

 

Setting

  1. For Windows, click the Windows icon, Settings, and enter camera in the search window.

    Search for camera

     

  2. Click Camera privacy settings.

    3.  

    Enable Camera Privacy

     

  3. Slide the Allow apps to access your camera toggle to On.
  4. Click the speaker icon in the Task Bar.

    5. Select Speaker

     

  5. Adjust the slider so that the volume is loud enough for you to hear.
  6. Click the Windows icon and select Settings.
  7. Enter recording in the search window.

    8. Recording

     

  8. Select Find and fix audio recording problems.

    9. Fix Recording

     

  9. Click Next when done.

    10. When done, select Done

     

  10. Make sure the correct microphone is selected and then click on the Next button.
